By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully.You must be 18 years or older to commission me.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.Type of commission:
– I only do digital art commissions. No physical copies of the artwork are included.
– Final product quality 3000x3000 600dpi or more depending on the complexity.
Payment, canceling and refund:
– Payment method: PayPal.
–Refunds are only available if I find that I cannot finish the commission after a span of 2 months.Deadlines:
– I complete commissions in order of arrival.
– Commissions can take from approximately 1 week to 1 month but that deadline is not definitive.
– If an external factor delays your commission (or if there's a long queue), I'll notify you.
– if the commission is necessary for a certain date, an additional fee will be added.
– Please do not rush me.General Guidelines:
– Please include visual references and a good description. The more info the better: references, colors, desired elements, description of personality, sketches, etc.
- Please be clear with your ideas and what you want to commission.
– Please do not disappear on me.Usage Policy / Permissions:
– Personal use only.
– Any commissioned artwork cannot be modified, changed or revised either by the client or another artist, manually or using AI and related technologies without my explicit permission.
– The client is not allowed to edit, make merchandise, or use the commission for any type of commercial advertising without my explicit permission.
– Do not claim the commission as your own drawing.
– Unless specially requested, I have the right to post the commission on any social media platform in a lower resolution and watermark.
– Don't use my art for any blockchain related technology, NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI generated images, or related.Process1. Once we have discussed the details of the commission, set the price and the first payment has been made, I will start working on the commission.
2. After payment is received, I will start working and send an initial sketch (or a couple options), so you can approve and require adjustments if necessary. I will update you on the process a few times until completion. (Generally it'll be sketch->lineart->base colors->rendering)
3. Minor changes are possible at any stage (small details, colors). If you require a major change at an advanced stage of the painting (e.g. change pose, change color after rendering), I may charge an extra.
4. Finally, I will send a full resolution artwork to your email (or through any social media you prefer).
